I made this card for a scrapbook birthday party I threw myself this year. I embossed the flowers with a cuttlebug embossing folder. I stamped the "Let's Party" (a dollar wood mounted stamp from Micheal's) and then heat embossed it. After that I colored it with a pink watercolor pencil and blended it. I love circle paper clips so decided to hang the tags with them.
